Method:
- In kadhai add oil and temper all spices until crackles.
- Now add ginger garlic for 2 minutes. Followed by vegetable, turmeric and coriander powder.
- Now at this stage add oats, moong dal and 4 cups water. Allow it to cook until gets smooth in texture.
- Remove and serve hot.
