How to register a referral?
SivaOm Team receiving the signed agreement will forward you a specific original personal “Reference booking code” that your referees must use when booking for a course or retreat so as you to be eligible for an award. Your Referee must be a new retreat guest or student with SivaOm SoY; once an individual has registered for an event or training program, subsequent registrations by such individual are ineligible for referral awards or for contribution to achievement of bonus compensation. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event your Referee makes multiple purchases as a new guest at the same time, all such purchases are eligible for referral awards and bonus compensation.
Details about referral awards and bonus payments
Referral awards and bonus compensation, if applicable, are only paid following completion of the event or training program to which they relate, provided the applicable Referee has paid for such event or training program in full. Payments will be made within approximately ninety (90) days following the Qualified Conversion, in which the foregoing criteria are met.
All payments via PayPal will be made in Euros. SivaOm SoY is not liable for any exchange rates applied or fees for currency conversion imposed by any third-party.
You are responsible for ensuring your payment information as provided to SivaOm SoY is accurate and up to date. In the event we are unable to complete payment as set forth herein as a consequence of incorrect or incomplete payment information or in the event any bank or PayPal account is unable to accept funds from SivaOm SoY for any reason, we will attempt payment for a second time in the following month. Following two (2) unsuccessful payment attempts, any referral awards or bonus compensation payable to you will be forfeited. In the event you need to update any payment information, you must complete and execute a new Agreement (or payment form) by clicking the appropriate link at top.
Payment make pursuant to this agreement will be made without any deductions or withholdings taken therefrom for taxes or any other purpose, unless otherwise required by law. SivaOm SoY makes no warranties as to the tax consequences of any such payments and any determination regarding tax liability and you agree to pay all applicable taxes, if any, assessed on such payments. You agree to indemnify and hold SivaOm SoY harmless from any and all claims, losses, costs, fees, liabilities, damages or injuiries sufferd by SivaOm SoY arising out of your failure to perform your obligations with respect to any of the foregoing.
Updates to this Agreement
SivaOm reserves the right in its sole discretion to amend this agreement at any time and for any reason, with or without notice to you, including to change referral awards rates or bonus compensation structures or to deem any event or training program ineligible for referral awards or bonus compensation regardless of whether such event, retreat or training program has been eligible as such previously or will be in the future.
The current form of this Agreement can be found at Siva Om Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions; you expressly agree that the terms of any revised and posted Agreement shall supersede and replace the terms this Agreement. In the event you want to terminate this Agreement, please provide notice to that effect by email at info@sivaom.com mentioning your full info data and personal affiliate code.
